Role Summary
The Electrical BIM Modeler is responsible for developing highly accurate LOD 500 electrical models using scan-to-BIM workflows, ensuring full coordination with other disciplines, and producing as‑built drawings as per project requirements. The role requires strong expertise in Revit, Navisworks Manage, and point‑cloud interpretation.

Key skills:
– Electrical BIM Modeling (LV & ELV): LOD 500 modeling based on laser scan/point cloud data
– Coordination: Clash detection, multidisciplinary coordination, and issue tracking
– As‑Built Documentation: Production of accurate as‑built drawings and models
– Revit Expert: Advanced family creation, template setup, and detailed modeling
– Navisworks Manage Expert: Clash tests, coordination reviews, and 4D/visualization
– Asset Management

Required Skills & Competencies
– Strong expertise in Revit (Electrical) – modeling, families, templates.
– Advanced proficiency in Navisworks Manage – clash tests, coordination, reporting.
– Experience with scan-to-BIM workflows and point cloud modeling.
– Knowledge of LV systems: lighting, power, cable routing, earthing, etc.
– Knowledge of ELV systems: fire alarm, CCTV, access control, data, BMS, etc.
– Understanding of Saudi codes (SBC), NFPA, IEC, and project BIM standards.
– Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and site markups.
– Strong coordination and communication skills.
