​Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written).
​1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service.
​1-3 years of exchange house experience in customer service.
​Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
​Responsibilities:
​Handle assigned customer calls, chats, emails, and service requests efficiently.
​Provide accurate, complete, and timely information to customers and address complaints professionally.
​Coordinate effectively with internal departments, branches, customers, banks, and service providers to ensure prompt issue resolution.
