About the Project:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Cost Control Engineer to join our major tunnel construction project in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This is a large-scale infrastructure initiative requiring meticulous cost management
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain project cost control systems, procedures, and workflows.
Track actual costs versus budgeted costs, analyze variances, and report findings to project management.
Coordinate with planning, procurement, and construction teams to ensure cost alignment with work progress and procurement schedules.
Review and validate contractor/vendor invoices, change orders, and claims for cost impact.
Prepare monthly cost reports, cost performance reports (earned value analysis), and management dashboards.
Identify cost risks and opportunities, and support value engineering initiatives.
Assist in the preparation of project cost estimates for variations and new work scopes.
Ensure compliance with company and client cost accounting policies and audit requirements.
