🔧 Position: Coating Supervisor

Nationality: Asian
Salary: SAR 6,500 – 7,500
Location: Saudi Arabia

📌 Job Overview
The Coating Supervisor will be responsible for supervising surface preparation and coating/painting activities to ensure corrosion protection of assets in compliance with NACE/SSPC standards. The role includes managing site teams, monitoring environmental conditions, and ensuring correct application of coating systems (WFT/DFT) with strict quality and safety compliance.

🛠 Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily blasting and painting operations
Ensure project delivery within schedule and budget
Conduct quality inspections (surface cleanliness, temperature, dew point, etc.)
Oversee coating mixing, application, and equipment usage
Enforce strict HSE compliance (PPE, COSHH, safety procedures)

🎯 Requirements
NACE Coating Inspector Level 02 / BGAS Grade 01 preferred
Strong knowledge of abrasive blasting & coating systems (epoxy, polyurethane, etc.)
Ability to lead and supervise site teams effectively
8–10 years experience (industrial projects) or 3+ years (manufacturing)
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
