Roles & Responsibilities :
Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the the project team.
Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.
Performing quality control tasks on the assigned project tasts and reporting on the project’s progress status.Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating with senior engineers .Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions. Forecasting the material requirements and ensuring timely ordering of the same.Creating frameworks to measure the project’s metrics and data collection. Establishing field test methods to ensure the quality of work. Ensuring the project’s compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.

Qualifications & Educational Requirements:
Graduate Civil Engineer with 3+ Years of experience in site engineering / management or Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5+ Years of site experience. Proficiency in AutoCad . Knowledge of Microsoft Suite ( Word , Excel , Powerpoint )

Indepth knowledge of the scope of projects within major fit out industry.( Airports / Metro Rails – Finishing) Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices.

Excellent organizational , time management , communication & leadership skills .A decision maker . Keen eye for detail
