Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated HR Officer based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role is exclusively open to Saudi nationals in alignment with Saudization policies. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing various human resource functions, ensuring smooth administrative operations and compliance with local labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Officer will take charge of the recruitment and onboarding process, maintaining accurate employee records and handling essential HR documentation. They will ensure adherence to Saudi Labor Law along with company-specific policies. Additionally, the role involves managing employee relations and coordinating administrative tasks with government platforms such as GOSI, Qiwa, and Muqeem.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should be Saudi nationals and preferably have between one to three years of experience in human resources. A solid understanding of Saudi Labor Law is essential, along with strong communication and organizational abilities to effectively support the HR department’s functions.
