We are seeking a dedicated HR and Recruitment Specialist to join a reputable medical company based in Jeddah. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in human resources and recruitment, preferably with experience in the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing talent acquisition and supporting the company’s HR functions in compliance with Saudi labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

As an HR and Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees. Additionally, you will support general HR operations, maintain employee records, and assist in implementing HR policies aligned with local regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in HR and recruitment, with healthcare experience preferred.
• Good understanding of Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities efficiently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
