Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented female HR and Government Relations Coordinator to join our team in Jeddah. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Saudi labor laws, HR processes, and government platforms, capable of independently managing daily HR operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves coordination of recruitment activities, onboarding processes, and maintaining accurate employee documentation. You will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive HR records and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Daily HR administrative duties include managing contracts, leave, attendance, and addressing employee inquiries.

Handling employee lifecycle events such as onboarding, transfers, contract renewals, and offboarding is essential. Additionally, managing various government and business portals is a critical part of this position. These platforms include Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, TAMM, Ministry of Commerce, MISA, Saudi Business, ZATCA, Fasah, Ejar, Civil Defense, Ministry of Environment, Najiz, Absher Business, Naqal, MODON, Ministry of Industry, Balady, Madinati, Forus, and MHRSD portals.

The coordinator will liaise with government authorities to ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements and prepare regular HR reports while maintaining up-to-date HR documentation.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Female candidate residing in Jeddah
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • 2 to 4 years of HR experience within Saudi Arabia
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic, written and spoken
  • Highly organized, discreet, and capable of working independently
  • Experience managing employee relations and ensuring HR compliance
  • Familiarity with visa, Iqama, and employment-related procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
