Job Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified Safety Officer to join a pilot plant facility located in Jeddah on a full-time basis. This role is crucial in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards are maintained at a high level within the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HSE compliance and promoting safe work practices across industrial operations. Core duties include performing thorough risk assessments, leading incident investigations, and ensuring proper implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and emergency response plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience working with concrete batching plants, manufactured sand facilities, or related industrial or construction environments is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
• Ability to conduct detailed risk evaluations and conduct incident investigations.
• Fluent communication skills in both English and Arabic to effectively liaise with teams and management.
• HSE certification demonstrating formal training and expertise in safety management.
• Capability to work independently and exercise sound judgement in dynamic work settings.
