Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) Operator to join our warehouse team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating the VNA forklift, managing inventory efficiently, and adhering to all company safety protocols and operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

The role requires precise handling of warehouse materials and maintaining inventory accuracy. Main duties include:

• Operating the VNA forklift carefully and efficiently inside the warehouse.
• Performing pre- and post-shift inspections, documenting machine checklists accurately.
• Loading, unloading, transporting, storing, and retrieving pallets from assigned locations.
• Ensuring all incoming items are undamaged and reporting any irregularities immediately.
• Verifying that all items are stored correctly and labeling pallets appropriately before storage.
• Cross-checking pallet information and documentation prior to stock handling.
• Conducting physical inventory counts and supporting stock audits when needed.
• Maintaining inventory precision and guaranteeing the safety of stored pallets.
• Preventing damage to products and equipment through proper handling techniques.
• Keeping the warehouse tidy, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Charging the VNA forklift at the end of each shift.
• Reporting any equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or operational problems to supervisors promptly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Valid VNA/forklift operator license or certification.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience operating a VNA forklift in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Solid understanding of warehouse safety practices and inventory management.
• Willingness to work in shifts as needed.
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) are advantageous.
