Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Safety Engineer to join our team in Jeddah on a full-time basis. This role requires a proactive professional with a solid background in safety engineering and a passion for maintaining the highest standards of workplace health and safety. Key Responsibilities

The Safety Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive safety policies and procedures across the organization. Key duties include conducting thorough risk assessments, performing site safety inspections, and ensuring strict adherence to occupational health and safety regulations. The role also involves delivering safety training programs to increase awareness and compliance among staff, investigating workplace incidents to identify root causes, and recommending effective corrective measures. Additionally, the engineer will maintain compliance with ISO 45001 standards, including proper documentation and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A degree in Safety Engineering or a related field, such as an HSE Diploma or Advanced Diploma.
• Proven expertise in safety regulations and risk assessment.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing safety programs.
• Mandatory certifications including NEBOSH and OSHA.
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer certification is required.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic to engage effectively with diverse teams.
• A valid driving license is preferred.
