Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and qualified Quality Control (QC) Civil Engineer to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality control within civil construction projects, particularly in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, ensuring that all work meets stringent standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The QC Civil Engineer will be responsible for performing thorough site inspections to verify that construction activities adhere to project specifications. This role involves monitoring quality control processes closely and maintaining detailed records of inspections and tests. Coordination with site engineers, consultants, and clients is essential to facilitate smooth communication and timely resolution of any quality issues. Additionally, the engineer must ensure that all materials and workmanship comply with the relevant standards and project guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience working in quality control for civil construction projects within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures, standards, and documentation requirements.
• Experience conducting inspections, testing, and preparing detailed reports on civil works.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian construction standards and specific project specifications.
• Ability to prepare Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality reports effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate and liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
