Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced MEP and Civil Supervisor to join our construction team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a skilled professional capable of managing both Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), and civil construction activities on-site while ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

As an MEP and Civil Supervisor, you will oversee all on-site MEP and civil works. Your duties will include coordinating closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain workflow efficiency. Routine site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety adherence are essential. Additionally, you will address any technical problems promptly and keep detailed reports of daily progress and site conditions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising MEP and civil construction projects, with a minimum of several years in a similar capacity.
• Relevant academic background, such as a degree or diploma in MEP Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems and civil construction processes.
• Strong leadership qualities combined with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Must own a car to facilitate travel to and from on-site locations.

Additional Requirements

The position is open exclusively to expatriates holding a valid or transferable work visa in Saudi Arabia.
