Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Telecom Civil Site Supervisor with a proven track record working on telecom tower erection projects, particularly with Nokia and Huawei. This role involves overseeing civil works for telecom towers across various locations in the Kingdom, providing an excellent opportunity for professionals interested in long-term projects within a stable and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the civil construction teams on site, ensuring all activities are carried out safely and efficiently. This includes reading and interpreting construction drawings, supervising excavation, steel reinforcement installation, formwork, concrete pouring, and foundation works for telecom towers. Additionally, the supervisor will oversee carpentry tasks related to shuttering and formwork, coordinate daily site operations such as manpower, tools, and materials, and ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of experience as a Telecom Civil Site Supervisor.
• Strong expertise in telecom tower civil construction works.
• Proficiency in reading and executing technical drawings.
• Experience working with Nokia and Huawei telecom tower projects is essential.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of safety regulations and quality standards in telecom construction.
