Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Project Manager to lead and manage multiple civil engineering projects in Jeddah. This hands-on position requires a proactive leader who excels working on-site, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves full ownership of project execution across various sites in the region, managing timelines, budgets, and quality control measures. You will be responsible for reviewing engineering plans, addressing technical challenges, and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and consultants. Leading project teams and supporting Saudization initiatives are essential components of this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• 8 to 12 years of experience in civil engineering project management.
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Practical expertise in at least three of the following areas: tunnels, solar projects, buildings, roads, and infrastructure.
• Proven track record managing government contracts within Saudi Arabia.
• Familiarity with Jeddah municipality procedures is highly preferred.
• Fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Work Environment

This is a field-based role requiring a hands-on approach and presence at project sites throughout Jeddah. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments and is comfortable leading teams on location.
