Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented MEP Draftsman experienced in both AutoCAD and Revit to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves creating and maintaining comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs for projects located in Makkah. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting engineering teams by preparing accurate, coordinated drawings that facilitate smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

The MEP Draftsman will be responsible for developing precise MEP shop and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and Revit platforms. Close collaboration with engineers is essential to verify design details and implement changes based on site feedback. Maintaining strict drawing standards and timely documentation will be a continuous task throughout the project lifecycle.

• Create detailed MEP drawings covering mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Produce accurate shop and as-built drawings ensuring coordination among disciplines.
• Partner with engineering teams to confirm design accuracy and revisions.
• Incorporate updates to drawings reflecting on-site adjustments and engineering input.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and company documentation protocols.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates must have strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit software, particularly within the MEP domain. A minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience in MEP drafting is required, alongside the ability to interpret complex engineering drawings confidently. Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing layouts is essential, and experience in producing coordination drawings will be highly advantageous.
