The primary responsibilities include overseeing road construction projects, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, and contributing to the timely and efficient delivery of road infrastructure.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in civil engineering focused on road works and contracting.
• Mandatory registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Strong knowledge of road construction processes, project management, and quality control.
