Job Overview

Abbar Al Oula Co. is seeking a seasoned Civil Project Manager based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to oversee civil construction projects encompassing roads, asphalt works, infrastructure, and utilities. This role demands strong leadership in site management, ensuring projects meet quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities to ensure smooth execution of civil works.
• Track project progress, maintain quality control, and manage schedule adherence.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare detailed project reports, maintain documentation, and support project administration.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
• Extensive experience in civil construction projects, specifically in roads, asphalt, infrastructure, and utilities.
• Proven site management experience within Saudi Arabia.
• Capability to manage manpower allocation, subcontractors, and scheduling efficiently.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with clients and consultants.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
