We are currently seeking a skilled Finishing Foreman with extensive experience in building finishing works to join our construction team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

As a Finishing Foreman, you will play a crucial role in coordinating daily finishing tasks, ensuring quality standards and progress are met. Your duties will include:

• Overseeing and coordinating workers and subcontractors involved in blockwork, plastering, painting, tiling, gypsum installation, ceilings, and doors.
• Reading and interpreting construction drawings accurately to guide the team.
• Monitoring site productivity, material usage, and the quality of workmanship.
• Ensuring daily site progress aligns with project schedules.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction finishing roles, particularly as a foreman or supervisor, with skills that include:

• Comprehensive knowledge of building finishing processes such as blockwork, plastering, painting, tiling, gypsum, and related architectural finishes.
• The ability to read and interpret construction drawings effectively.
• Strong leadership skills to manage teams and subcontractors on site.
• Experience with quality control and progress tracking on site.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia construction projects is an advantage.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a construction foreman or supervisor, preferably in finishing works.
• Availability to work in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
• Holding a transferable Iqama would be highly preferred.
