Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager specializing in civil finishes to join a leading Tier 1 main contractor currently engaged in a prestigious large-scale project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a dedicated professional to oversee all civil finishing activities on-site, ensuring the highest quality standards are met while maintaining project timelines and strict compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all civil finishing works throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure execution aligns with approved specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate efficiently with multiple trades and subcontractors to maintain seamless workflow and scheduling.
• Oversee quality control processes and conduct regular site inspections.
• Monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met without compromising work quality or safety.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of robust experience in managing civil finishing works on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong background working with main contractors in complex project environments.
• In-depth knowledge of finishing standards, workflow sequencing, and multi-trade coordination.
• Excellent leadership skills with a focus on maintaining on-site safety and quality standards.
• Based in Jeddah, with a good understanding of local construction practices and regulations.

Compensation

The salary for this role is competitive, offering up to SAR 25,000, reflecting the candidate’s experience and expertise.
