Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Building Painter Foremen to join a respected construction project in Jeddah. This role involves overseeing painting activities on site, ensuring quality finishes, and managing a small team. The position offers a permanent contract with a competitive salary and includes free accommodation and transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate painting works on building projects according to schedule and specifications
• Ensure the proper application of paints and coatings to meet quality standards
• Manage work crew performance and safety compliance on site
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure smooth workflow

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 1 year of experience as a painter foreman or similar role in construction projects
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Educational background of 12th grade or a diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• Basic knowledge of safety practices and on-site painting techniques

Job Details and Benefits

The selected candidates will work 10 hours a day with a monthly salary of 2200 SAR. This opportunity comes with free accommodation and transportation provided by the employer. Kitchen facilities are available, although food will not be supplied. This is a permanent position with no transfers, and applicants who currently hold house worker or driver roles are not eligible.
