Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing precise technical and architectural drawings tailored for residential and commercial development projects. You will update and revise plans in response to project feedback or changes during different design phases. Integrating architectural elements with civil, mechanical, and electrical details within your drawings is essential. Organizing and maintaining a comprehensive library of project documents and drawings will also be a key task.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture is required.
• Between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Draftsman, especially with residential projects.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
• Fluency in English to ensure effective communication within the team.
• An Iqama that is transferable is necessary to qualify for this position.
