Job Overview

We are currently looking for a skilled HSE Officer to join our team managing construction projects across Dubai. This role offers an immediate start within two weeks and focuses on enforcing health, safety, and environmental standards to ensure a safe working environment on all sites.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will take charge of maintaining and improving HSE systems, carrying out site inspections and audits regularly. Leading toolbox talks and safety training sessions will be essential to promote awareness and compliance among the workforce. Additionally, the role involves conducting thorough incident investigations and ensuring that all safety regulations are strictly followed. Maintaining detailed HSE reports and documentation will also be part of your daily duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants must hold a NEBOSH International General Certificate, which is mandatory for this position. Experience working with Trakhees and holding a valid SARS Card are essential criteria and non-negotiable. Candidates with additional certifications such as IOSH or ISO 45001 / 14001 will have an advantage. A minimum of five years’ experience in the UAE construction sector, particularly in high-rise and villa projects, is required to meet the demands of this role effectively.
