This role plays a vital part in creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers visiting the car showroom, serving as the first point of contact and setting a positive tone for their experience.

Key Responsibilities

The Showroom Greeter will warmly welcome all visitors, assist them promptly, and guide them to the appropriate sales consultants. They will ensure customers are comfortable when waiting and provide support that contributes to a smooth and pleasant showroom visit.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or reception is preferred but not mandatory.
• Possession of a high school diploma or a bachelor’s degree is required or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with diverse customers.
• A friendly and presentable individual with excellent interpersonal skills to foster a positive environment.
