Available Positions

Currently, Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach is hiring for the following roles:

• Front Office: Assistant Guest Experience Manager, Telephone Operator (Arabic Speaker)
• Food & Beverage: Waiter/Waitress, Hostess, Bartender
• Culinary: Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry, Commis I – Sushi

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities vary depending on the position. For example, the Assistant Guest Experience Manager will oversee guest satisfaction and ensure excellent service standards at the front desk. The Telephone Operator must manage incoming calls efficiently and assist guests in Arabic. Food and Beverage staff are expected to provide attentive service, creating memorable dining experiences, while culinary roles focus on preparing high-quality dishes with attention to detail and hygiene.

Requirements

Candidates should ideally possess relevant experience in hospitality for the specific position applied for. Fluency in Arabic is essential for the Telephone Operator role. Strong communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are valuable assets for all positions.
