Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist focused on Contracts Support to join our team in Dubai. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of AED 4,500 to 5,000, along with full benefits in accordance with UAE Labour Law. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in managing contracts, maintaining client relationships, handling payment collections, renewals, and cancellations.

Key Responsibilities

The primary role involves overseeing contracts management activities aimed at client retention and ensuring seamless payment collection processes. You will be responsible for supporting contract renewals and cancellation requests while addressing client inquiries efficiently. Utilizing CRM systems, MS Excel, and helpdesk ticketing tools will be crucial for tracking and managing service-related communications.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in contracts management, particularly in client retention and payment collection.
  • Hands-on experience with contract renewals and cancellations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and helpdesk ticketing systems for customer support.
