Revolution Fitness Studio, located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai, is seeking a warm and organized Front of House Receptionist and Café Assistant to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a vibrant fitness and hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions with a friendly and professional approach. This includes welcoming guests, overseeing class check-ins, handling booking inquiries, and supporting membership and retail sales. Additionally, the role requires preparing and serving coffee, matcha, and other refreshments to maintain a welcoming café atmosphere. The assistant will also ensure the reception and café areas remain clean and well-organized, contributing to the smooth daily operations of the studio.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a gym, fitness studio, café, or coffee shop is highly preferred.
• Confident in preparing and serving a variety of beverages such as coffee and matcha.
• Strong English communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage administrative duties efficiently.
• Familiarity with booking systems, email, and basic office software.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work different shifts as required.
• Must reside in JVC or nearby to ensure an easy daily commute.
