Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Your duties will include answering and directing phone calls, assisting clients with tire products and automotive services, and recommending items that best match their requirements. You will prepare quotations, support sales activities, and follow up on customer inquiries to foster lasting relationships. Additionally, you will manage basic reception and administrative tasks while providing support to the sales team’s daily operations.

Required Skills

To excel in this position, you should possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with Arabic language abilities considered a plus. Confidence, a cheerful demeanor, and a polished appearance are essential. Strong interpersonal skills, customer service aptitude, and sales experience will help you succeed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic email handling is expected. You should be comfortable multitasking and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in reception, customer service, or sales roles is preferred but not mandatory. We are looking for someone who demonstrates a proactive attitude, enjoys interacting with people, and is committed to delivering excellent service consistently.
