Job Overview

Maki & Ramen Restaurant, located in Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT), Dubai, is seeking a dedicated female Front of House (FOH) Server cum Cashier. This role is ideal for candidates aged between 25 and 35 years who have experience in customer service and cash handling within the UAE or from their home country.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to guests ensuring a welcoming and attentive dining experience
• Handling cashier duties including managing cash and sales transactions accurately
• Assisting with bar tasks as needed, with a willingness to learn and grow in this aspect
• Maintaining a clean and organized FOH area while supporting overall restaurant operations

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years customer service experience in the UAE or a similar role from the candidate’s home country
• Fluency in English to effectively communicate with customers and team members
• Strong knowledge of cash and sales management
• A positive attitude and eagerness to take on additional responsibilities such as bar support

Working Conditions and Benefits

• Employment visa and medical insurance provided
• Work schedule: 1 PM to 11 PM, six days a week with one weekday off
• Transportation provided from Dubai Commercial City (DCC) to Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT)
• Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience
