Sansation Restaurant, located in Arabian Ranches, Dubai, is seeking a warm and personable Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests at our vibrant restaurant and shisha lounge. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating memorable dining experiences and thrives in a lively hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities

The Hostess will warmly welcome guests upon arrival, guide them to their tables, and provide menus with a friendly demeanor. Managing reservations and organizing table assignments will be essential to ensure smooth service flow. The role also involves addressing guest inquiries, cooperating with the service team to maintain excellent service standards, and handling any concerns with professionalism. Maintaining a tidy and inviting entrance area and assisting with waitlist management will be part of daily duties, alongside other tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Hostess or in a similar hospitality role is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests confidently and professionally.
• A friendly, approachable personality with excellent customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in a restaurant environment that offers shisha.
