Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and courteous service to guests in a fast-paced, upscale dining setting.
• Assist in running food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Manage sections as head waiters, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee restaurant activities as supervisors, including staff coordination and quality control.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, especially Mediterranean cuisine specialties.
• Demonstrate expertise in alcoholic beverages, including wines and spirits, to enhance guest experience.

Required Skills

• Prior experience working in a Mediterranean cuisine restaurant is essential.
• Fluent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Proficiency in Arabic or any European language will be considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and high-demand environment.
