A well-established Spanish Mediterranean restaurant located in Downtown Dubai is seeking dedicated and skilled hospitality staff to join its vibrant team. We are looking for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment.

Available Positions

• Runners – 5 openings
• Waiters – 6 openings
• Head Waiters (Male) – 4 openings
• Head Waiters (Female) – 4 openings
• Restaurant Supervisors – 3 openings

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, providing attentive customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the dining experience. Specific duties vary by role but generally include supporting the front of house team, engaging with guests professionally, and contributing to an inviting atmosphere.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience working in Mediterranean cuisine restaurants is essential.
• Fluent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Proficiency in Arabic or any European language is considered a strong advantage.
• Sound knowledge of alcoholic beverages, including wines and spirits, is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic, high-end dining setting.
