The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints efficiently, process orders and modifications, and escalate issues when necessary through various communication channels. Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer queries and complaints through phone, email, and other communication platforms.
• Accurately process orders and make necessary modifications.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain clear and professional communication to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Use computer systems effectively to log and track customer interactions.

Requirements

• Applicants must be of Asian nationality.
• Prior experience in customer service and handling computer-based tasks is essential.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from AED 2,500 to AED 3,500, depending on experience. Additional benefits include visa sponsorship, accommodation, transportation, and medical coverage.
