Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of AED 1,700 to AED 2,200 per month, along with valuable benefits including food, company accommodation, and visa support. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in customer service or telecalling, with strong communication skills in both Hindi and English.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a vital role in building customer relationships and supporting the business’s growth. Your primary duties will include:

• Conducting outbound calls to acquire new customers
• Handling marketing inquiries and following up with potential clients
• Providing prompt customer support through phone, WhatsApp, and other messaging platforms
• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities
• Proactively reaching out to customers for support, referrals, and business opportunities
• Preparing reports and coordinating with the Team Leader
• Adapting to day or night shift schedules as required by business needs

Candidate Requirements

To succeed in this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in customer service, telecalling, or BPO environments
• Fluency in Hindi and English, both spoken and written
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• A proactive approach and eagerness to assist customers effectively
• Possession of a valid passport
• Additional Indian language skills will be considered a plus
