We are currently seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our team in the finance sector, located in Business Bay, Dubai. This role offers a stable fixed salary along with commission, without any sales targets, making it ideal for candidates looking to grow their careers in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to clients to provide information and support related to banking and finance products. You will engage potential customers, handle inquiries, and assist in maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience in sectors such as banking, credit cards, sales, marketing, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Work Schedule and Compensation

The position follows a Monday to Friday schedule with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are off, providing a healthy work-life balance. The salary package includes a fixed AED 2,500 plus commission, with no sales quotas.
