We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller who is a qualified Chartered Accountant to join a leading Cement and Steel Manufacturing company based in Dubai. This senior role requires extensive expertise in financial management, budgeting, costing, and consolidation, specifically within the industrial manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing financial operations to support strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities

The Finance Controller will be responsible for managing the complete financial planning and control processes. This includes implementing and maintaining budgeting systems, cost accounting, and ensuring accurate financial consolidation. The role requires close coordination with various departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making. A deep understanding and hands-on experience with SAP S4 Hana, particularly the FI-CO module, is essential for this position.

Required Skills and Experience

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven background in financial leadership within Cement or Steel Manufacturing industries.
• Strong expertise in SAP S4 Hana FI-CO module, including budgeting, costing, and financial consolidation.
• Excellent knowledge of financial planning processes and cost control mechanisms.
• Ability to lead finance teams and work collaboratively across departments.
