We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller with a Chartered Accountant qualification to join a leading company in the Cement and Steel Manufacturing industry based in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who bring 8 to 10 years of solid finance experience within the manufacturing sector, coupled with advanced expertise in SAP S4 HANA, budgeting, and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead financial control and management, oversee budgeting and costing processes, and ensure accurate financial consolidation across the organization. A key part of this role includes leveraging SAP S4 HANA FI-CO capabilities to streamline financial operations and enhance reporting accuracy. This position demands a strategic outlook on financial planning to support business growth and compliance with accounting standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant designation is mandatory.
• A minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant finance experience, preferably within cement or steel manufacturing companies.
• Strong proficiency and hands-on experience with SAP S4 HANA FI-CO modules.
• Expertise in budgeting, costing, financial consolidation, and planning.
• Excellent analytical and leadership abilities to manage complex financial functions.
