Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Engineer at BESCO, you will play a vital role in supporting the company’s steel structural operations. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and preparing both technical and commercial proposals. Strong client engagement and negotiation skills will be crucial as you work to secure new contracts and maintain existing partnerships.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales within steel structural manufacturing or closely related industries
• Fresh understanding of steel structure products and fabrication processes
• Ability to spot new market opportunities and effectively generate sales leads
• Excellent negotiation skills coupled with client management expertise
• Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market and industrial sector is an advantage
• Competence in preparing detailed technical and cost-effective commercial proposals
