We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Engineer with over five years of expertise in industrial maintenance and surface preparation, including blasting and painting, to join a dynamic team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on delivering tailored technical solutions and building strong partnerships with major industrial clients such as Aramco and SABIC. The ideal candidate will combine technical know-how with excellent sales acumen to drive business growth in the industrial coatings market.

Key Responsibilities

The Technical Sales Engineer will manage and expand a diverse sales portfolio centered on surface preparation and coating applications. Responsibilities include identifying new opportunities in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Power Generation. The role requires preparing precise technical quotations, project proposals, and service agreements that meet client requirements. Providing expert consultation on corrosion control and selecting suitable anti-corrosion systems for harsh environments will be a crucial part of the job. Maintaining lasting relationships with EPC contractors and other key stakeholders is essential.

Required Skills and Expertise

• In-depth knowledge of industrial coating systems and surface preparation techniques including sand, grit, and hydro blasting.
• Strong understanding of corrosion protection methods applicable to severe environmental conditions.
• Proven ability in technical sales and marketing within industrial sectors.
• Experience in project estimation, quoting, and managing complex accounts.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems to nurture ongoing client engagement.

Professional Experience and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years experience working in the Saudi Arabian market, particularly with large industrial clients like Aramco and SABIC. Demonstrated success in securing contracts and contributing to revenue growth through technically driven sales efforts is required. Prior experience working with EPC firms in Oil & Gas and petrochemical industries is highly valued.
