Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor to join a leading food manufacturing and packaging company based in Dammam. This role involves overseeing the sales team’s daily activities, driving sales growth, and ensuring efficient customer service within the food industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the sales team to meet company targets.
• Monitor performance metrics and sales reports to optimize productivity.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and support the acquisition of new customers.
• Provide training and guidance to enhance the skills of the sales staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in a sales supervisory role, preferably within the food manufacturing or packaging sector.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
