Job Overview

Ahmed Al-Damegh Portable Hoses Factory, based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a proactive and driven Sales Representative to bolster our sales efforts and grow our client base. This full-time role focuses on promoting our mobile and prefabricated home products, maintaining strong customer relationships, and consistently meeting sales targets within the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Representative will play a vital role in expanding our market reach. Key duties include:

• Identifying and contacting potential clients including individual buyers, contractors, and corporate customers.
• Presenting and demonstrating the features and benefits of our mobile and prefabricated home offerings.
• Preparing detailed quotations and proposals, and actively following up on sales leads until closure.
• Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
• Collaborating closely with production and technical teams to ensure client expectations are successfully met.
• Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and providing regular sales performance reports to management.
• Participating in exhibitions and site visits as required to support business development.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally within construction, real estate, or manufacturing industries.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• A valid Saudi driving license; owning a personal vehicle is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems is considered a plus.
• Preference will be given to Saudi nationals; however, expats with a valid transferable Iqama are also welcome to apply.
