Advance Saudi German Trading (ASGT), the exclusive distributor of TOLSEN tools in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a dedicated Sales Promoter to join their team in Dammam. This role focuses on promoting and selling high-quality building and construction hand and power tools across the Eastern Province, including key areas such as Dammam, Khobar, and Jubail.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Promoter will play a vital role in growing TOLSEN’s market presence by visiting hardware stores, construction material suppliers, contractors’ offices, and project sites on a daily basis. This hands-on position requires actively demonstrating product features, negotiating sales deals with retailers and trade partners, processing customer orders, and coordinating deliveries with the logistics team. Building strong, ongoing relationships with shop owners, contractors, and project managers is essential to foster client loyalty. Additionally, reporting daily sales activities, competitor insights, and market trends will help inform strategic decisions. Driving consistent efforts to meet and exceed monthly sales targets is a critical part of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should have at least two years of practical sales experience within the tools, hardware, or construction materials sectors in Saudi Arabia. A valid Saudi driving license is mandatory due to the geographic scope of the job. Fluency in Arabic is preferred, though good English communication skills are considered an asset. Candidates must hold a transferable Iqama and be ready for immediate employment. Familiarity with the commercial environment of the Eastern Province cities and a preference for candidates with a Kerala background are noted. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong work ethic, persistence, and a sales-focused attitude.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive monthly base salary ranging from SAR 2,000 to SAR 5,000, supplemented by sales commissions.
