Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Engineer to join our fasteners trading team. This role demands proactive field sales engagement, customer acquisition, and managing the entire sales process from initial inquiry to payment collection. Candidates must be confident working independently and meeting sales targets consistently.

This position is field-based and requires regular travel for customer visits and business development activities. Owning a car is mandatory to effectively perform the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within industrial fasteners, targeting contractors, construction firms, factories, workshops, and trading companies.
• Conduct frequent field visits and maintain direct customer interactions to drive sales growth.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
• Develop and nurture strong long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored fastener solutions.
• Prepare quotations promptly and ensure timely follow-up to convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Maintain a detailed and updated customer database capturing contact information, purchase history, and potential sales opportunities.
• Submit comprehensive visit reports highlighting meeting insights, discussed requirements, and next steps.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
• Manage timely payment collection and professionally follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities including quotations, orders, delivery records, and reporting materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum of one year sales experience is desirable; however, candidates with strong sales aptitude and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply.
• Must have a personal vehicle to facilitate frequent customer visits.
• Good command of written and spoken English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven sales environment with a proactive approach.
• Basic understanding of industrial fasteners or hardware trading is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a monthly salary range of SAR 3,000 to SAR 4,000, supplemented by fuel reimbursement based on actual usage. Competitive commissions are awarded according to individual sales performance and company policy.

Work Environment
