Innovative Development (IDE) is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on expanding our manpower supply services across diverse sectors by identifying new opportunities and strengthening client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing fresh business leads and promoting our range of manpower and recruitment solutions. The role requires maintaining ongoing communications with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensuring excellent service delivery through coordination with recruitment and operational teams. Regular client visits and diligent follow-up are essential to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the growth of the business.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 3 years of sales experience, ideally in manpower supply, recruitment, HR services, or B2B sales environments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities to effectively interact with potential and existing clients.
• Proven ability to generate leads, prepare detailed quotations, and secure new contracts.
• Self-driven and goal-oriented mindset with strong motivation to achieve sales targets.
• Good command of English to communicate efficiently at all levels of the organization and client base.
• Possession of a valid driving license is preferred to facilitate client visits.
