Key Responsibilities

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and generating leads within the Saudi market. Your role will involve preparing detailed technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs while managing ongoing customer relationships through effective communication and negotiation. Collaborating closely with manufacturing and project teams, this position plays a crucial part in supporting BESCO’s sales objectives and ensuring client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3 to 5 years of sales experience in steel structural manufacturing or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of steel structure products and fabrication techniques.
• Proven track record in identifying new business prospects and converting leads.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage client interactions successfully.
• Familiarity with the Saudi industrial sector and market requirements is a significant advantage.
• Ability to develop comprehensive technical and commercial proposals.

Eligibility and Location

This opportunity is open exclusively to female candidates, including Saudi nationals and expatriates holding a transferable Iqama. The position is based in the Second Industrial City, Dammam.
