Bright East Steel Company (BESCO) is actively seeking a skilled Sales Engineer fluent in either Chinese or Korean to join our expanding team in Dammam’s Second Industrial City. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong technical background in steel structural manufacturing who is eager to contribute to business development and foster lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Engineer at BESCO, your primary focus will be to identify new market opportunities and generate leads within the steel fabrication industry. You will play a vital role in preparing accurate technical and commercial proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining excellent client communication to support ongoing growth and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience in the steel structural production industry or a related technical field
• Comprehensive understanding of steel structure products and manufacturing processes
• Strong ability to detect business opportunities and drive lead generation efforts
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, which facilitate managing client relationships effectively
• Familiarity with the Saudi industrial market and sector-specific requirements is advantageous
• Capability to develop detailed technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs

Eligibility Criteria
