We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Executive specializing in manpower supply services to join our team in Dammam. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and supplying manpower, coupled with excellent client acquisition and relationship management skills. This role is ideal for someone who is results-driven and excels at expanding business opportunities within the manpower sector.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and effectively closing sales deals. The role requires a deep understanding of manpower sourcing and supply, ensuring client needs are met with tailored solutions.

• Generate and develop new client accounts in the manpower supply market
• Maintain strong communication with existing clients to foster long-term partnerships
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements effectively to meet targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized manpower solutions
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities in manpower services

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in manpower sourcing and supply services
• Well-established client network and exceptional communication skills
• Strong business development skills with the ability to close deals
• Valid Iqama with a minimum of 3 months validity
• Ability to transfer sponsorship following a 2-month probation period
