Gouna Company Limited is looking for an experienced Project Technical Sales Manager to lead the Mechanical Department in Dammam. This role requires a candidate with 3 to 5 years of proven technical sales experience within the Saudi market. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with exceptional sales leadership skills to drive business growth and project success.

Key Responsibilities

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing and developing technical sales strategies specifically focused on mechanical projects. Your duties will include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring that technical proposals meet client requirements and company standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3 to 5 years of technical sales experience in the Saudi Arabian market, preferably within mechanical engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and project management processes.
• Proven ability to lead sales teams and engage with clients at multiple organizational levels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Capable of preparing technically sound proposals and delivering compelling sales presentations.
