We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer specializing in HVAC ducts and accessories for a full-time, on-site position based in Jubail, Eastern Province. This role focuses on leading sales efforts within the HVAC sector by managing client relationships, generating new business leads, and achieving set sales targets. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through effective sales strategies and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Managing and overseeing sales operations specifically related to HVAC ducts and accessories.
  • Generating high-quality leads and responding promptly to inquiries.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Preparing accurate sales quotations and overseeing the documentation process.
  • Negotiating terms and closing deals to secure work awards and contracts.
  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to meet monthly targets between 500,000 and 700,000 SAR.
  • Coordinating with channel sales partners to maximize market coverage and revenue.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in sales within an HVAC duct factory environment is essential.
  • Strong network of client contacts and a solid pipeline of lead sources in the HVAC industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to generate and track leads effectively.
  • Competence in preparing sales estimations and documentation.
  • Skilled in negotiation and closing sales to secure business awards.
  • Ability to develop and execute robust sales strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary package ranging from 2,500 to 4,000 SAR per month, supplemented by additional benefits including food allowance, accommodation, transportation, and petrol. Additionally, the role includes a commission based on monthly sales performance, providing attractive earning potential.
