Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sales Manager specializing in flow measurement instruments to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role involves leading sales efforts for Flow Meters, Venturi Tubes, Orifice Plates, Thermowells, and associated equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge combined with a proven track record of sales success, preferably within the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies aimed at meeting and exceeding targets for the assigned product lines. This includes identifying new business opportunities, engaging directly with customers through visits and presentations, and conducting technical discussions to align products with client needs. Building and maintaining productive relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors is crucial for sustained growth.

The role also involves providing technical support such as product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and responding to technical inquiries. Sales reporting, market analysis, and preparing quotations and tenders in collaboration with the estimation team are essential tasks. Negotiating pricing and contract terms to close deals effectively and ensuring smooth sales order processing alongside after-sales support complete the core duties. Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments will ensure the company remains competitive and responsive to client demands.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in industrial equipment, specifically flow meters, Venturi tubes, orifice plates, and thermowells.
  • Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of flow measurement technologies and industrial instrumentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Possession of a valid Saudi driving license is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills will be considered a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
